Information collected

When you submit the project form, Kassis.pro receives the details you choose to provide, including your name, email address, company, phone number, website, selected service, budget range, timeline, and project message. Basic technical data such as your IP address may be processed temporarily to prevent spam and abuse.

How it is used

• To review and reply to your enquiry.
• To understand the requested scope and prepare a recommendation or proposal.
• To protect the form and website against automated abuse.
• To retain a reasonable business record of project discussions.

The enquiry form does not subscribe you to a newsletter and does not send an automatic marketing sequence. Your information is not sold.

Email and service providers

Enquiries are delivered through the website host's email system to contact@kassis.pro and n@kassis.pro. Hosting, email, security, and other technical providers may process limited information as necessary to operate those services.

Retention and security

Enquiry messages are kept only as long as reasonably needed for communication, project administration, legal obligations, or resolving disputes. Reasonable technical and access controls are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
